Ninde-Mead-Farnsworth House, also referred to as Iriscrest and also the Philo T. Farnsworth House, is really a historic home found at Fort Wayne, Indiana. It had been built about 1910, and it is single 1/2-story, side gabled, Colonial Revival style frame dwelling. It provides a pedimented entrance portico.
