Relict leopard frog

The relict leopard frog (Lithobates onca) is really a types of frog in the household Ranidae, endemic towards the U . s . States. It’s found across the Colorado river in extreme northwestern Arizona, and adjacent Nevada and southwestern Utah, although its present range appears to become limited to the river Mead National Entertainment Area. Its natural habitat is freshwater springs as well as their outlets. It’s threatened by habitat loss to agriculture and water development in addition to invasive species.
